I am quite new to wooden needles and I am amazed at the difference between them and metal needles. I weighed them and the wooden ones are half the weight of metal ones, they more comfortable on the hands. The Symfonie wooden needles have more of a point to the ends as well as being very pleasing to the eye with the colours. They are a joy to knit with.
