Catherine Earnshaw Fine Alpaca Cotton is made from high quality fine Alpaca and cotton that makes it great for almost the whole year round. It is a great weight and you get a lot of yarn for your money.

Still experimenting with this but it seems to me that the recommended needle size of 4.5mm is way to big. The result seems to lack body. However, go down to 4mm or even 3.75 and it starts to look much better. The yarn feels gorgeously creamy and soft. If it wears well and doesn't pill I will be using it again but definitely treating as a dk.
