I needed some aran wool for baby pram blankets. I was looking for shades of blue and pink for a girl and boy blankets and wanted some mottled shades for part of them. The colours in the Peter Pan Jeanie yarn was exactly what I was looking for but I found the yarn was of a much lighter weight than other aran wool I had. It knitted up more like double knitting yarn so I have kept the yarn back for another project.
