While at the time of the Incas only kings could wear the finest of alpaca fibres, nowadays we can all use this fibre. Baby alpaca is a very soft fibre that is light to wear compared with cotton. The soft, gentle sheen guarantees the high quality of the yarn. As the alpaca yarn is hollow, it has quite unique thermal qualities. It stores body heat in the cold better than any other wool, and when hot reflects the heat. Baby Alpaka colour is available as a selection of 16 dyed shades.
