Returns Policy
If you receive a product that you do not want any longer then we are prepared to take returns in line with our policy.
- If you inform us that you want to return your product within 7 days of ordering then we will give you a full refund for your product (minus postage) or an alternative depending on your preference.
- If you inform us you want to return your product after 7 days of ordering and within 30 days then we will accept your return and will offer you a replacement of will give you a credit note for our website for the value of your purchase.
- We will not refund you postage and you will be responsible for returning the product to us.
- The product you are returning must be in original condition.
- If you receive a faulty product then please return it to us and we will endeavour to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
