Order Tracking
When you order online you want to know where your order is and so you we make sure you can track your order. It is very simple to do this just login to your account to view your orders. There are 3 possible situations:
- Order Received - Once we have received payment for your order you will be able to see it in your account as an open order.
- Order Dispatched – When we have sent your order you will be able to see it in your dispatched orders. Under the comments for that order you will also be abel to see a Royal Mail tracking number. If you put this number into the Royal Mail tracking website to see where your parcel is. You will be able to see all previous orders here.
- Order Cancelled – this will only occur if you cancel an order with us.
If your order is marked as dispatched and you live in the UK you will be able to see a tracking number for that order. If you visit Royal Mail Track and Trace and enter your tracking number you will be able to see the where abouts of your parcel.
